<description>&#60;p&#62;I talk to him the same way I talk to a baby or small kid.  Not baby talk so much, but loud and clear and a bit sing songy.  He definitely knows when I'm talking to him as opposed to an adult in the room.  Poor little guy is going to be confused when the baby is here :/
