I manage people who are working in the wilderness on construction sites, so I have to make sure they're checking in and making it to their sites safely, and I keep my phone by me in case they have any problems they need to discuss. Otherwise, I don't really work. We both work most Saturdays and have a day off during the week to compensate. It doesn't help that we work at the same place, so it's constantly "did yout talk to Bob about this" and "what do you think about that" weekends and evenings both.
