The nurses said they don't really think a full moon does anything, but a change in barometric pressure does (they said it was very busy that morning in the maternity ward). I didn try castor oil because I heard it could cause meconium but I spicy foods, sex, acupressure, long vigorous walks, jumping jacks, evening primrose oil, breast pump, got a sweep.
