I have an older brother and sister and my sister was so nurturing toward me and loved me when I was a baby. My brother ignored me. But you can't always count on that! I know I was the first and I wasn't the caretaker for my younger brother. I have an older brother and sister and I love that my sister is the oldest. People would say that older brothers look out for younger sisters, but that hasn't really been my experience amongst my friends! Also I'm biased since I'm the older girl and I'm very close with my younger brother. Even in Korea, the ideal birth order is now girl first and then boy.</p> <p>But now I'm glad that I have an older boy because of Charlie's personality. He is very affectionate while Olive is very independent. I think his personality is a big part of why they're so close!</p> <p>Do you think it's better for a girl or a boy to be the older sibling? </p>
