There is nothing new under the sun. There were historians back then. Romanticising figures and history is not new. </p> <p>Columbus Day is in the tail end of the US Hispanic Heritage Month. Ironic isn't it? This man good or bad (umm bad) changed the landscape of the Americas. We should remember him, not revere him or celebrate him. </p> <p>I agree let's start celebrating the people who were here before the Americas became the Americas.
