LO drinks water/seltzer and milk all day. Have you tried giving seltzer? LO loves it. I cut it with water otherwise she gets hiccups and burps lol.

I never really know how much he drinks during the day since he's at daycare all day but this was something I worried about for awhile. Now that he's potty trained and "needs" me to help him when he goes at home, I can better monitor his pee color (this is my life now! Ah!). It's funny b/c last night, after DS1 kept stalling bedtime again and again, he said he had to go potty. I came downstairs and told DH that at least he's hydrated since his pee was almost clear. So I guess he's doing ok right now. :)

They both seem to drink quite a bit (3.5 and 14m). I just leave water cups out all day. I drink a lot so I'm not surprised.

My 3 year old drinks lots of watered down apple juice. She is not a fan of plain water, so it's the only way to keep her hydrated.

I know the 3 yo doesn't some days because her pee is dark yellow!

I just have to remember to keep it available to her at all times. She drinks more when it's there in front of her.

So far I think so... Her poop is rarely rock solid. We just always have a water cup somewhere in the house and offer it to her all the time.

no I definitely think she needs more water. I think she's mildly constipated much of the time (tmi poops every day but often little pellets, and often strains) and water would help....but she's just not interested

No input (LO is only 8mo), but when I read the title I read it as drinking alcohol, and I was so confused!

It's the same in my house. Three year old doesn't drink much. One year old drinks all the drinks.

I think my youngest drinks enough water throughout the day, but my 3 year old doesn't drink much throughout the day...it worries me! I try everything to get her to drink more, some days it works and others she just doesn't. Do you feel like your LO gets enough fluids throughout the day? Any ideas on how to up fluid intake?
