I don't see how it is warranted as they all make minimum wage or higher. You don't tip the workers at McDonald's or store associates at the mall so why tip someone at Starbucks? I feel like the expectation of tipping for everything has gotten out of hand. Companies should be responsible for paying their employees, not the customers on top of what they are already paying. It's not as drastic as a lot of restaurant servers who are massively underpaid and depend on tips heavily, but it was always nice to receive your full pay.
