There was one time when my stylist was over booked and super busy and she had the wash lady paint in my low-lights after she had done my highlights so I gave her a portion of my stylist's tip. No one cuts hair AND colors it, so you have to see 2 different people, and Stylists and Colorists do not wash hair, so I am escorted to a wash room by Hair Washing Girl and she takes care of business there. It's totally ridiculous, I know. But when we moved to FL I had the hardest time finding a place that did not think that blonde highlights should be yellow, and frustration led me to this uppity place and it's totally out of control. Back home (New Orleans) I paid $80 for highlights and a haircut and a blowdry.
