We usually only do take out at restaurants that don't have sit down service, like Moe's or pizza places. I usually tip 10-15% for to-go. As a former hostess who had to prep to-go orders, I can tell you that they work hard to prep/organize orders. They take your order, input it into the system, get everything together (usually scanning for any mistakes by the kitchen), package it, and ring you up.
