Also one of our babysitters prefers cash rather than Venmo so we end of giving her more if we don’t have exact change. That can add up too; say we were gone from 6:30-9:10– we’d pay her for 3 hours even though it’s not the full time, so that’s 75 but we don’t have change and give her 80 in cash instead of like 67 if we timed it exactly, or 75 that we would pay on venmo. We also pay for dinner.
