<description>&#60;p&#62;@Bao:  mine I wear on my wrist. It keeps track of activity like a pedometer but it is much more accurate. It also keeps track of sleep and minutes that are very active. You can add food and exercise via the phone app. It shows you how many calories you burn during the day based on your weight and actual activity.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I haven't while I've been pregnant/while it's been cold but we did all last summer and I think we'll probably start up again. My husband's work does a lot of walking challenges and his personal goal is usually 15,000 steps/day. I track distance and try for at least 10 miles/week walking. Which isn't THAT much but its a lot more than I'd do if I wasn't trying :)

<description>&#60;p&#62;I was recently, but then my app was failing in the middle of my walk and I would get really frustrated so I stopped. I stopped weighing myself a long time ago because I get too hung up on numbers, so I think it's better for me to try to push myself by landmarks rather than mileage, if that makes sense.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I don't get much walking in during the colder months but once spring hits I like to set goals for the warmer months on how many miles I want to walk for the next 6 months or so. I use an app and I feel like it makes it fun because I have a small challenge for myself. I'm debating how many miles I should set my goal to this time around. &#60;/p&#62;
