I got to LAFitness and their app is my check-in scan. They keep a log of check-ins, I don't usually track different types of workouts. but usually it's cardio+wt training and then swimming thrown in once a week.

I do different types of workouts (swimming, classes, yoga, and running), so I just track them all in a spreadsheet. I use the App Evernote if I want to make a note about something, but I usually just update my spreadsheet every morning before I start working.

I use dailymile; and their app is called electric miles. It's geared toward runners/bikers, but you can track anything on it.

I use Map My Run to track all of my runs. If I take a day off and do a HIIT workout or something, I don't track.

If so, how do you do it?

I used to track everything in a little pocket calendar but am thinking about switching to an app or website. There are so many to choose from though!
