<description>&#60;p&#62;I got gifted one for our wedding and just started using it.  You can make the BEST chicken stock in less than an hour.  It's so much better than the ones you get simmering on the stove or in the crockpot.  I've also found that it makes really good risotto.  I recommend getting the America's Test Kitchen pressure cooker cookbook.  I made probably the best pot roast I have ever had using their recipe.

<description>&#60;p&#62;We have one, but I'm afraid of explosions. DH uses it though. He makes things that normally take a long time to cook, like tougher cuts of meat. I think it once used it for brown rice since he forgot to start it earlier.
