I might use it more if it was in my house vs. at a gym where I feel self conscious about it.  But, hey, something is always better than nothing.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I used the &#34;dreadmill&#34; when its crappy weather. I usually go for a distance goal. If I am really bored, I like to do intervals so that it seems &#34;easier&#34; at times. So I will usually do 2 minutes at 6.0 and 2 minutes at 5.5 so it feels like I get to rest every few minutes -- plus it burns a ton of calories! You could also do it with different inclines - ex. run or walk at 4.0 incline for 2 minutes and then run or walk at 2.0 incline for 2 minutes. I tend to focus on the interval ending rather than the whole amount of time (ugh 30 minutes to go becomes yay only 30 seconds to go!)

<description>&#60;p&#62;@Bao:  I used to exclusively use the treadmill and never run outside, but now I prefer running outside! I'm training for a marathon, so at this stage I'm mostly using the treadmill to do some speed work. On the days when the stars align, I can get my entire workout done during my son's morning nap which is great! I always have the incline at at least .5 or 1, as that's supposed to help simulate running outside. I put on a show (almost always Gilmore Girls :grin: ) to help with the monotony.  Happy running!

<description>&#60;p&#62;I love my treadmill! I get dressed to work out everyday so that in the off chance that both kids nap at the same time (maybe 2-3x/week) I can just hop on with all my baby monitors around and do my thing! I just play songs on songza and enjoy the time to myself : &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Goals wise, I try not to out too much pressure on myself or it feels to overwhelming. I just hop on figuring doing even 20 min is better than nothing but I usually do at least 40 (depending on when babes wake up!)
