Yep! Well, we use a white noise app on an old iPhone. It's really more for us than LO though as DH has forgotten to turn it in a few times with no repercussios. We can make as much noise as we want without worrying about waking him up.

We used it the first few months (I think until she was 4-months old), but she never seemed like she needed it - she was fine with or without it. She doesn't sleep with one now and she is a great sleeper!

We used one religiously for the first 3-4 months. Just the sound of it would help calm her when she was fussy. Now she can sleep without it but we still usually either use it or a humidifier to have some white noise. Our house is really echo-y so it blocks out our talking, tv, etc.

We don't use a white noise machine but do use small Vordano fans in both rooms as white noise and to help circulate air around. My oldest is always so hot and he sweats when he sleeps, even in these cold temps!

Nope, apparently noise in the womb is at around 90 decibels and most of the noises in our house (dog barking, tv etc) she's been hearing for the nine months she was in utero so our LO sleeps through most household noises.

LO also sleeps downstairs during the day in her pram (we have a bassinette attachment) so she's used to hearing the tv etc and DH has even managed to vacuum right around her without waking her up!

We use the sleep sheep. He sleeps fine once it turns off as long as there are no unexpected loud noises. I think we're going to get one that stays on before Baby Brother comes along.

i use one and we also plan on getting one for the baby's room. the bedrooms in our apartment face a courtyard and sometimes there is noise from people talking or walking through that can be disruptive. also, our apartment is small, and i want to be able to do things after the baby (hopefully) falls asleep!

We have the sleep sheep and use it when putting her down, although she falls asleep without it and stays asleep through the night without it. We try and make it part of her routine though so she has external cues that it's time for sleep. She seems to like the whale sound the best.

We can't live with out the Ecotones sound and sleep machine. M was in our room for a long time and I can't sleep to blank white noise, but this machine has a very soothing crickets/meadow setting that I can live with! Now M is out of our room, but we still use it to help her sleep through loud distractions, which is necessary with a toddler in the house :)

We put a rainfall track on repeat. I'm not thrilled this is how our Bose sound dock is being put to use, but we have it on pretty loud to drown out noise. Our house is pretty small and it's the only way we can watch tv and get stuff done around the house. Although, i still "shhh" DH once in a while. haha

I'm pretty sure she can sleep without it now, but i'm afraid to stop using it!
