We have 3 ( living room, LO's room, our bedroom). They are on 24/7... we just adjust the level according to how bad the pollution is. We have 2 from Electrolux and I like them. I had to get them when we were renting in an old ("historic") building that just had so much dust that I couldn't clean out.
