<description>&#60;p&#62;Fitbit and my fitness pal. And I use a weight tracking app called Libra that uses moving averages so you get an accurate average weight, so that I don't worry about the normal ups and downs.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I have also used map my run and other running apps when I'm training for a race.

<description>&#60;p&#62;Yep, this summer I was on a fitness blitz so I used&#60;br /&#62;
- Fitbit for steps&#60;br /&#62;
- Map my Fitness for logging running workouts&#60;br /&#62;
- Noom for meal logging and other non-running workouts&#60;br /&#62;
- 10K for Pink for running workout schedule&#60;br /&#62;
- Everymove to earn money for charity while doing workouts&#60;br /&#62;
- My yoga studio has an great app for signing up for classes. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I also tracked my workouts and weigh-ins in an excel spreadsheet. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;It was overboard, for sure, but it helped keep me motivated. I took a break for a few weeks and I'm planning on starting back up next week.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I use an app called MyWOD to keep track of how much weight I'm lifting with each exercise. The trainers have us working off our percentages a lot and the App calculates them automatically.

* Fitbit, to keep track of my daily steps&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I used to use RunKeeper and Couch25k, but had to stop running so haven't used those in a while.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I was skeptical of fitness apps, but they've turned out to be pretty useful!  I may start logging my intake with MyFitnessPal...&#60;/p&#62;
