I love using cloth wipes. I have 6 swaddlebees, 10 charlie bananas, and I've cut 4 flannel receiving blankets into wipes. The Charlie Banana wipes are my favorite. I have a spray bottle with a 1/2-1/2 mixture of california diaper area wash & water that I spray on the wipes pre cleaning.

I use baby washcloths (evenflo maybe?) and I run one under the faucet before every change. Just water. If I suspect nastiness I will get another 1-2 wet and ready.

I have some 'proper' cloth wipes Bummi's brand, I think, and I feel like they work just the same as baby washcloths (which I happened to be given a million of).

Depends on the 'situation' down there. I might do wipe with a dry one (for wet poop), then wipe with a wet one, then dry with a dry one. I also have a spray solution that I'll squirt on instead of the 'wipe with a wet one' step, or in addition. :)

I use THirsties fab wipes. They're great!

We use a yogurt container for water and just dunk the wipes in. I'll usually reuse the cloth wipe throughout the day after a good scrub/rinse/wring.

@MrsHotDog: I LOVE the grovia wipes!! Both me and my DH love the grovia ones - they are a great absorbency, soft and pick up everything.

I use an old kitchen soap bottle and fill it with water and some baby soap and soak the wipe, then wipe his tushy. I don't rinse it off unless there are "chunks".

@Orvis18: I've read great reviews about those!

We use cloth wipes and I have 36 of the Ragababes http://www.ragababe.com/Accessories.html. I bought them online after looking at a ton of options. So far (7 weeks in) they have held up great and I use them for everything. WE make a solution of Dr Brommers, pure Aloe Vera, almond oil and water and keep it in a peri bottle. I squirt some on a dry wipe and it works for us. I sometimes run a cloth under water if I'm not near the solution and that works fine too.

I use cloth wipes and I have over 50. Some are Spasilk from Amazon and some are the thicker ones from Green Mountain diapers. I use a wipe warmer and store them in there. I use one wipe for pee and more for poops. I toss them in our cloth diaper hamper afer each use.

@MrsHotDog: I have some circo wash cloths. So do you rinse the off mid diaper change? Or how exactly are you able to use just two wipes? I always use a disposable wipe first so its not so messy...

I use cloth wipes and I love them. I can use two wipes for a #2 diaper change instead of 10 disposable wipes.

I actually mainly use the cheap Circo washcloths from Target. They are my favorite so far since I like how thin they are. We also have some grovia ones (which are too thick) and some random WAHM ones that I am not a fan of either. I just wash them with my diaper laundry.

If so which brand do you like? I received a cloth wipe warmer by Prince lion heart and it came with 4 cloth wipes. I dont use the warmer but I do use the wipes but they are quite small. Sometimes I just use one of her wash cloths to wipe her butt after using a disposable wipe. I would like to buy more cloth wipes but not sure which brand or should I just keep using wash cloths?
Also if you use cloth wipes what steps do you take? Do you use one wipe per diaper change? Do you rinse it off? I usually get a bowl of warm water and dip it in there and then wipe her. Now that I have the diaper area spray by California baby I just spray that on her butt and then wipe. I dont know if I am doing it right
