I've used it for French Toast and it was ah-mazing. Refined coconut oil usually has no/very little coconut taste, but I don't use it since I don't mind the taste and the unrefined version is supposed to be more beneficial. I think there are varying levels of coconut taste and you have to find the brand you like the best...
