we never did with our oldest, but Wonder Baby got switched to one at about 3.5 months when she started kicking her feet out of the swaddle and inching her blanket up to the neck (ee!)

We transitioned to sleep sacks after we quit swaddling. When it was cold, we used a fleece Halo sleep sack. Now, we switch between a cotton (Halo) one and a single-layer muslin one (A+A).

We use the Baby DeeDee ones, which we love. Thicker one for colder weather, thinner cotton one for warmer weather.

halo sleep sacks-- fleece for winter, cotton for summer, just like @sandy. He's in XL now at 2.5 years old. I will be so sad when he is too long for those!

We stopped swaddling maybe around 2-3 months and started using the Halo sleep sacks - fleece for colder months and cotton for warmer months.

We've used both the Halo sleep sacks and Swaddle Me sleep sacks, with and without swaddling the arms. My LO will kick off a regular swaddle now so these keep him snug as a bug!

We use them now. We stopped swaddling at 2 1/2 months, and then we went to footie pj's, but now LO kicks her legs out of the crib and gets them stuck, so sleep sacks help with that.

Yes, we went to sleep sacks after swaddling. We just use normal Halo cotton ones and put warmer PJs on under if it's cold.

I've been swaddling LO for naps and sleep at night, but I've been wondering if it'd be worth it to try a sleepsack. A lot of times she kicks her feet out of the bottom of her swaddle and wakes herself up. Do you use a sleepsack? And if so, what kind do you prefer?
