Our oven itself doesn't get very dirty, but it's great for cleaning the gunk off our stove parts. We just remove them from the stove and stick them in the oven upside down and run the cleaning function. I usually clean with a paste of baking soda and water. It stunk to high hell. Use it twice a year. That way you dont have to use any chemicals when cleaning the inside of your oven. He recommended never using it. Said the prolonged super high temp can cause a ton of problems that might not have otherwise popped up.
