I go by word of mouth recommendations mostly. I also get a total crackup over people who loooove a restaurant, "best meal ever" but score a two because the hostess had an attitude or the plate was too hot or something. Occasionally we get negative reviews (one out of ever 20-25.) If I think it's a legitimate concern (usually with one of my young employees...), I encourage them to contact us and I'll arrange for free stuff. I also use it to find tips on rooms, locations and things to do. It is the easiest way I found to compare amenities as well. I realize this sounds like a commercial but I just wonder if anyone else uses it and a fan. </p>
