We have 3 tiers: Nickname (shortened version of Fullname) Fullname Fullname + Middlename Same was for me when growing up. When my mum was using my first and middle name I knew she ment business. That being said we don't plan on using it often. So def. not at a gymnastics class. He recently has been practicing his full name and learning my and DH's first names though so I think he'd think was funny if I did throw in his middle name.
