I also use it that way for some usernames (like my IG is sdmck, the D being my middle initial). Other than that, no. I was kinda meh about my middle name before I changed my maiden name to it, and I'm okay with my maiden name, but I just LOVE the way my first and last names sound together, and the middle just chops it up. Both of 'em. My original middle name is now my business name (First Middle Photography) because my last name was way too hard for people to remember/pronounce/spell. When I got married though I decided to drop my original middle name legally and replace it with my maiden name. I use my full current name on any legal documents and also at work (lawyer by day, photog by night/weekend) because I want people I went to law school with or who I dealt with prior to getting married to recognize my name.
