I am in the process of weaning now and still use the pump occasionally but didn't have a problem when using it most days. But that said, I only use a manual now -- so much less set-up. While I don't use it daily, I'm sure it would be fine, especially now that I'm all toughened up :) </p> <p>I have the Medela pump -- how did yours break? I know that if it gets moisture under the rubber at the top, it seems like the suction dies, but you just need to dry it. Also, how much quicker is it to pump with a manual instead of an electric.
