Usually. I sleep better with him in bed and I prefer staying up later anyways. The only times I don't are the (rare) occasions he is out past like, 1am.

Nope. I need my sleep. Sometimes I happen to be awake in bed when he gets home. There were a couple days he was working until 8 the next morning this summer.

I used to until recently bc of DS's horrible sleep. I'm in bed as soon as I can. Every minute of shut eye is precious. haha!

I try to sleep, but I usually find it hard until DH gets home. I don;t intentionally stay up to wait for him unless I want to for some reason... but if he's coming home after midnight I'll be in bed before he gets home lol.

When it was just us, I would sometimes to see how his night was or if he needed help aka drinking too much. With LO here, I usually don't because I need to sleep to wake up with my dude.

My DH generally works till 9:45, and gets home shortly after 10. I try very hard to wait for him, so we can chat and catch up. (I leave at 6:45 am when he is still sleeping!) Sometimes I dont make it though.....
If he goes out, yes I try to wait up, or he is allowed to wake me up so I know that he got home. He is a home body, so he doesnt often go out with friends, with the exclusion of his hockey games which sometimes start at 11 pm!

I try to go to sleep, but I always wind up doing what you're doing. Can't fall asleep if he's out, for some reason! If he's out of town I usually go to bed waaayyy late, too... so maybe it's not that I'm waiting up? We usually get ready for bed together.

No way! LOL. I am tired from being with the kids all day. Last night he got home from work at 9 pm, I said "hi, and goodnight I love you!" and went to bed. So if he gets home much later than that, I would have already been zzzzzzzz.

Not usually! Although now I'm thinking I should be a better wife and wait up for him when he gets home from class :) I'm sure your DH appreciates it!!

I'm a night owl anyway, so I usually am up just because. I don't generally stay up late waiting for him, unless we're traveling and staying with friends/relatives. I'm much better at getting around a different home (particularly b/c if he's out that late, he's usually wobbly), so I use it as a nice excuse to make a late snack and hear all the great stories. :-)

Nope, if dh is out with friends or at a celebration he's usually not home before midnight (if he comes home at all) and I'm asleep way before then.

DH is out celebrating the end of his fire academy. I'm drinking wine in bed and reading a magazine. Why am I not asleep?! (It's 1130 here)

Do you wait for your SO to get home to go to sleep?
