She was very scheduled. However around 13?months I decided to let her choose and now she wakes between 7:30 and 8:30. Nap is around 1 and has been for quite some time. We also have an inconsistent schedule. Basically- lo takes a nap roughly 2h after he wakes up and then goes to sleeps roughly 6h after he wakes from a nap. Yesterday he woke at 9:30. Napped at 11:30. Woke at 1:15 and was asleep by 7:45. He woke up today at 10! But then got a very short nap so will still most likely be in bed at 7:45 regardless.<br /> With my kid- you don't even have to look at the clock. He goes in phases, used to get up way too early before 6, then 7-8, then around 8/8:30 for a week, now back to 7. She usually wakes between 7 and 8:30, so there is a pretty broad range, but it's also usually dependent on how much she was up during the night-- more wake ups means later wake time.
