<description>&#60;p&#62;Yes, I wake her up otherwise she'll sleep 3+ hours! I usually turn on the light or leave the door on and make a lot of noise. That usually wakes her up.  If it doesn't, I just lightly stroke her head.

<description>&#60;p&#62;Yep, i just started a thread earlier about that. At 7 months i limited naps at 2.5 hours, and no later than 5pm. Now at 9 months i have to be more vigilant in  ensuring it doesnt cut into bedtime.

<description>&#60;p&#62;It's day 1 of nap training DD (shes 7 months) but shes taking an extra long nap. Nap 1 was 1 hour. Nap 2, so far is 2+ hours. I'm concerned that it extra long nap will affect bedtime. Does anybody wake up LO, when taking extra long nap? If so, how do u wake them up?
