I usually turn on the light or leave the door on and make a lot of noise. That usually wakes her up. At 7 months i limited naps at 2.5 hours, and no later than 5pm. Nap 1 was 1 hour. Nap 2, so far is 2+ hours. I'm concerned that it extra long nap will affect bedtime. Does anybody wake up LO, when taking extra long nap? If so, how do u wake them up? </p>
