Yup, he gets fresh jammies every night! I have about a billion that were hand me down, so I like to rotate through them all. This will probably stop once he moves up to the next size because we don't have as many sleepers in the next size up. Plus, I have to do his laundry once or twice a week anyway (crib sheets/change pads/burp cloths all inevidabley will need to be washed even though we have backups for backups) and baby clothes are so tiny that it doesn't make that much extra laundry.

@JessicaMcB: @Irishmom: I'm with you guys -- so much spit up! I feel like I wash everything if my LO wore it any time he has eaten within an hour or two (aka, always!)

I do, only because I want to make sure he gets as much use out of all his clothes as he can before he outgrows them.

I wash everything after one wear, but DD is a big fan of spitting/vomitting so I don't have much choice.

Nope. As long as she hasn't pooped or spit up on it, she re-wears it. If she wears it to daycare, it gets washed.

I'll admit that I don't. She gets a bath before bed every night, so she's clean when she goes in them, and unless she pees or has a blowout, she's clean when she gets out of them. At least that's my theory. She'll probably wear them 2-3x before I wash them.
