@MsLipGloss: That was my attitude, and why I feel bad not supporting them at night. I used Palmer's Cocoa Butter throughout my pregnancy on my tummy, hips and boobs.

Maybe I'll get a comfy sports bra that's not quite supportive enough for running, but still comfy to wear around the house. I've always been a bit of a "commando" girl. Before they got big, I'd take my bra off as soon as I got home from work :-)

No way. It's waaaay too uncomfortable! Even right now while I'm BFing, I don't wear a soft bra. I just stick the breast pads on to my tank top!

I've never been pregnant, nor am I right now (so this might change in the future!), but I have never worn a bra to bed. I'm a 34D when I've...indulged a bit too much (food-wise), 32C at my more "ideal" weight, but regardless, can't wait to take my bra off as soon as I get home at the end of the day (assuming I don't have to go anywhere/see anyone...wouldn't wish THAT upon anyone!)!

I hate bras and take it off the minute I get home! They feel so restrictive! I was a 34b pre-pregnancy and now probably a 34d. Now I'm wondering if I should start wearing them more often...gravity has been nice so far LOL

I was a 34C pre preg and now I am a 38G. I rarely wear a bra to bed because it's just not comfy. I do have a nursing sleep bra and wear it on occasion if I'm leaking (this just started) and plan to wear it nightly once LO arrives so I can wear nursing pads to bed.

I've always worn a bra to bed (even pre-preg when I was C), and now it's a must especially for keeping the nursing pads in place. Sometimes I wear just a 'yoga bra' type thing, but I feel best with a sturdy one. I don't do it because of sagging; I just like how it feels.

I hated wearing a bra to bed pre-pregnancy. Once I had the baby I found I have to wear a sleep bra or nursing tank or i leak all over the place. It's for the leaking over the comfort. I'm a 36D.

@JuneBugMama: Regardless of position (gravity is constant), over time, gravity and a loss of elasticity impact the integrity of body tissue (heavier boobs = greater strain on elasticity of skin), which can lead to sagging. It's different for everyone, but I think it's kind of like oiling up your pregnant belly . . . it may not ultimately make a difference, but I prefer to think that I did everything I could to keep any stretch marks/sagging at bay. :)

I've never worn a bra to sleep...ow! Under normal circumstances I'm a 30E, and pregnancy has made them much heavier/fuller. Sometimes I wear the camis with built-in "shelf bras" to bed, but they do zilch. A comfortable, sleepable bra in my size just doesn't provide enough support to make a difference. I'd rather let the ladies go free at night--it lets the lymph nodes drain and ligaments work.

I was a 36A before pregnancy, and as a nursing mom am now a 36C/D. I really really don't like wearing bras to bed but because I leak milk, I have to. I wear Bravado nursing bras to sleep, which are comfortable but found that their nursing tanks provide a lot of support and are comfortable as PJ's!

I was a 34DDD before pregnancy and am now a 36G and I usually do not wear a bra to bed. Occasionally I will sleep in a soft sports bra if it's hot, but normally it's a tighter fitting tank top. I figured gravity is going to take it's toll no matter what so I'm going to be comfortable. And I'm planning on a reduction after I'm done having kids, so that will help give them a nice little lift.

I'm starting at a 36DD/E and I've been wearing a soft cotton sleeping bra to bed under a shelf cami and t-shirt. The lack of support is already uncomfortable, and seeing as how I've got a few more sizes to grow, it's bound to get worse. I'll probably switch to a light impact sports bra sometime soon
