I feel like it helped with my posture and lower back pain, actually. How many of you wear heels throughout your pregnancy? I was always told to avoid heels whilst pregnant because you already have less balance due to your pelvis bone loosening up and the added weight which strains your back. at my church a lot of the ladies were 4 inch heels or higher whilst pregnant even when its icy outside. I havent worn heels since I got pregnant. I'm tall anyway and rarely wear heels anyway so maybe thats made it easier for me to stick to flats.<br /> What do you guys think? Does it even matter? </p>
