I don't have any long dresses (shoot) so it looks like I'm going to have to wear a knee length dress. It's a navy stretch cotton-ish sheath with rosettes around the neckline.</p> <p>My question... do I have to wear pantyhose? tights don't seem right with this dress. Also, can I wear nude patent flats? or should I be wearing heels? Can I wear black patent heels? Or is black + blue a no-no? </p>
