I feel like as an adult the purpose is to be dry....tp doesn't really clean anything. If the skin is already dry I don't see the need for a wipe. We use cloth but they have microfiber inserts and the pocket is made of a stay dry material, so his skin almost never feels wet when we change him. </p>
