We were team green for a while, but I felt myself struggling to emotionally connect with the baby and it was starting to bother me so we found out and am glad that knowing and imagining my son helped me connect more with being pregnant. We did a mini-gender reveal (opened our envelope at Thanksgiving with in laws) and we had been wrong. I was disappointed that we found out until LO was born. </p> <p>On the night she was born I was so tired from a long somewhat difficult labor that I couldn't have cared less what sex LO was. Meeting LO was already mind blowing enough. I wouldn't have been able to process the sex of the baby too.
