DS sleeps great. Always has. I've been very spoiled in that department. I worry that any future children will ruin that for me.

He's a good eater, too...he tries everything. But, there's a few things I wish he'd eat, like salad and other healthy options. Luckily, the kid loves most veggies.

Neither! We're in a total honeymoon stage right now where he's eating everything in sight (and finally breaking out of the sub-5th percentile) and sleeping like a champ, including naps! We just hit my 18m breastfeeding goal and he still seems to be into bfing in the morning and night. FX this period lasts for a while

right now we are having "trouble" with both, but i would pick sleep in a heartbeat. the trouble we have with eating is more the difficulty i have feeding him if he not 100% and sleepy. he will refuse the breast, i will have try several positions. etc.....but i can deal with all that a heck of a lot better if i got more sleep! he is not a terrible sleeper, he used to sleep 9-10 hours straight, now i am lucky if he does a 5 or 6 hour stretch in the night, with 1 - 3 wakeups (mostly 2)

Another lucky one that ended up with a great sleeper and great eater...so I looked at this poll a different way - would I rather have a great sleeper/bad eater or a bad sleeper/great eater...I would definitely prefer a great sleeper

Hmmm...sleep! She eats okay, I guess. She really loves her carbs but will drink a lot of green/fruity smoothies I make so I know she is getting good nutrients from those. Right now she sleep from 7:30 to 5am on a good night. Mostly its 8-3am still :(

We're very fortunate and LO has always been a great sleeper and is a great eater - I can't think of one food we've offered her that she has not liked. Fingers crossed this continues as we enter the picky toddler stage!

Don't hate me... but he's a great eater and sleeper! So I might not change anything!!

However... he is weaning right now and I don't feel ready... If I could I'd want him to continue BF until 18-24 mos.

I wish DS were a better sleeper. At 5 months, he's only STTN once. I'm exhausted! However, he's been super distracted while BFing later, so I'm not thrilled with his eating habits, either.

Why do I have to choose one or the other? :)

I voted for both of them for each of my two kids. I wish noelle was a better eater (she's a great sleeper) because she's in her picky toddler phase right now. Let's hope it really is a phase!

Wish jaren was a better sleeper. He's only on breastmilk and doing great in the feeding department, so by default I chose sleep. He's not a bad sleeper, but I can always use more sleep!

I wish G was a better eater! He's SO picky and has gone to bed without dinner on more than one occasion b/c he just refuses to eat something he doesn't "prefer" (this goes for things he usually likes but on said day it doesn't sound appetizing). sigh

For P, I guess she could sleep better but I think he sleep is still pretty normal for her age so I'm pretty "eh whatevs" about.
