I started working again at 4.5 months PP and the nanny staid with us until she started daycare at 13 months. I work 3 or 3.5 days (25 ish hours) and usually 2 from home. She works 30-35 hours a week. She started when DS2 was 9m; DS1 goes to preschool two of the days and the other day she has both boys. </p> <p> When she is here, she's in charge, with a few exceptions (end of day if I start cooking or something). They were just around doing chores/work.
