I've been doing a Pump/Combat hybrid. Have you taken a body combat class? There is an at home version of that too that I really enjoy.

I'm completely impressed of people who can work out while pregnant cause I honestly barely make it through the day most days. Once these twins are out, I'm hoping I can get my butt back in gear.

It's 5 days a week and about 30 minutes so I know if I start as soon as LO goes down for a nap I have a pretty good chance of finishing and being able to shower. I would love to add more in but I'm just starting with this so I can adjust to the schedule and if I find other time I'll add in more :) &#60;/p&#62;

<description>&#60;p&#62;I've fallen off the wagon a bit since last semester--I'm a grad student so I rely a lot on gym access! During the spring semester I took 60 minute zumba classes 3x/week and that was amazing for my health and mental well-being, but then I was traveling this summer and was much more sporadic. I'm pregnant now and will be home/have gym access for the next 6 weeks or so and am trying to get back to the gym for elliptical and strength training workouts, but I am so fatigued that taking our dogs on long walks is about all I've been able to muster :( I might start seeing a personal trainer though for extra motivation
