It just has the date, the year, and then a sentence about the day, always having to do with lo because ill give it to her one day. Bah! Now I want to write. Yes, I do. It's divided up into columns with what the day, date, and how far along I am followed by what I weigh today, what's my mood, my energy level, any cravings, morning sickness, feelings, etc. I fill it in every morning with my thoughts at that moment and anything I missed from yesterday. I'm at a computer all day so typing seemed easiest way for me to document everything.
