They are usually positive reviews because if I would feel bad writing a negative review if it was just someone having a bad day due to life issues or being understaffed. I try to be as objective as possible in my reviews. But for example in the rare situation where I read that a restaurant is excellent and I try it and find that it wasn't the case at all, I might be compelled to create a username and write my own opinion. I depend on the reviews I find on that site to tell me if I'm going to want to go or not. For example, if reviewer after reviewer says service stinks but the food is good, we won't go there.
