However I have a genetic disorder that effects the ligaments and tendons surrounding my joints. It used to bug me but now I just laugh it off. We went to the lake once while in high school, we were walking down a hill toward the lake & she just randomly fell & rolled a little. She was okay so it ended up being hilarious but she has things like that happen quite often. Her wrists are an issue for her as well. I have no issues with them otherwise. I do have a bad ankle (broke it in 2 places a few years ago), but it actually holds up fine, just hurts sometimes. For what it's worth though, I do trip over nothing just walking down the street anyway. (And I don't pay attention. DH almost always points out when I'm about to step on to/off of a curb or something, especially if he can tell I'm looking completely the other direction.) I too had a sports injury in HS (broken knee cap during ice hockey) and then it was discovered I have a weird disorder with my cartilage. It's embarrassing... in my mind, I'm striding confidently down the street like a tiger, but in reality sometimes I just trip on an air pocket and almost fall over.
