Both times though, our friends who watched her came to our house.<br /> You're right that it is SO MUCH easier to have them at your own place with all of the toys, gear, crib, and comforts.<br /> Also, in my years of babysitting as a teenager I only ever went to the family's house to watch their children. I wonder if it would be different if we did live near family. My guess is that if the grandparents were watching her during the day, we would end up taking her over there rather than them coming to our house.
