A few tiiiiny drops of colostrum at like 37 weeks, but thats it, and I really had to squeeze and work for it lol. I had a scheduled c-section (so no labor ot anything that would trigger a natural hormone release) and my milk came in FULL FORCE 3-4 days later. I had porn star boobies. Seriously, they were humungous (and I was a small C cup to start lol.) But then they went down. So yeah, the body just knows somehow. But immediately after giving birth the nurses checked me and were like, "Oh wow things are looking great!" They were happy about the colostrum I had I guess?
