I did a lot of cooking/cleaning yesterday and my feet were killing me! I have to second though that those gel mats are a God send! I have 1 in front of my sink, but I often move it around to where I am standing. I will move it in front of the stove, or in front of the counter if I'm chopping fruits/veggies.
