But I have to watch my salt intake so I cook with very little salt, if any. My BIL made scrambled eggs last year for Mother's Day at our house and, before I could stop him, salted the entire huge bowl. I was so annoyed. Let people salt their own food. The kids sauce put salt-and-pepper on our eggs and insisted that they put it on their pancakes as well.
