I asked the dentist about it, and he said there's nothing you can do... kids won't wear a nightguard. On the plus side though, he said a lot of kids stop grinding their teeth eventually and they have a second set of teeth under there so it's not a big deal.</p> <p>Do your kids grind their teeth while they sleep? </p>
