It seems like they do. I try to make them go though especially in the morning after they wake and before they leave the house. If they're having fun, they can hold it for a long time.

Yes, huge. At least that made potty training really easy, but I'm always giving her water and trying to get her to pee more frequently!

Yup. She's been dry over night since three months. Freaked me out at first but then my mom reminded me that I have a huge bladder too. 38 weeks pregnant and still not waking to pee.

I think my LO does, for a baby. She almost never pees during naps, even if they are 2+ hours. Which is sort of a long time for a little baby. She doesn't seem to go a little bit at a time like I think most babies do. She only goes every 2hrs or so, and then quite a bit. Hopefully this foreshadows easy potty training, but too early to tell i'm sure :)

Both of our kids seem to be able to hold their pee forever and a day!! This morning, neither kid peed after they woke up and they will probably hold it for another 5 hours or so before going.

We encourage them to go more often, but whatever they're doing seems to work for them so we don't push it too hard. I'm gonna try and up their liquid intake to make sure they're drinking enough though.
