She wants to wear rain boots when it's warm and no lick of rain in the forecast. She wants to wear sandals when it's snowing. And the same pair of TOMS or Stride Rite Rapunzel light up shoes all other times. If we're going to a party and I have her in a cute dress, it's an all out war trying to get her into dress shoes.
