We have pandora going during the day a lot and when one of their favorite songs comes on they really bust a move. My DH jokes that they are better dancers now at 15 months than he had ever been! We have a dance party every night before bedtime, really gets their wiggles out. Just yesterday they made a stage outside on the in law's back deck and made us all sit around in a circle and watch their "performance" (dancing to "let it go"). She loved watching the dancers and was also doing some interesting moves of her own... not quite twerking, not quite breakdancing.
