Same book over and over. Then she will find a "new" book and read that over and over. And repeat.

LO likes the same book for a while and will memorize it and then she drops it like a bad habit with no warning.

He will usually want to read the same books over and over for a couple of days. Then he will select a few other books to read over and over.

DD flips like 10-15 books per night herself - but when it comes time to read her her book before bed she tends to want the same one over and over again! I get so bored!

Currently, the same book over and over. However, when I point something out, I tell him in English and Chinese so he learns both languages.

Same books over and over. But I actually feel the opposite as far as getting things out of it. I don't think memorization is all that beneficial. I think he would be learning more if he was exposed to more and different words/language. Oh well, I'm just glad he is finally showing an interest in books

DS has his favorites that he rotates through for bedtime. Sometimes though when he gets a new book he likes to read the book to death; even more so if the book is a Minion or Thomas the Train book!

Over and over. I have to switch out the books every now and then or else I'd lose my mind. Right now he's on a BabyLit Alice in Wonderland and Jungle Book kick. Every night. At least they're classics...?

My LO also likes me to read the same book over and over until she has it pretty well memorized and then she moves on to the next one.

My son loved to hear the same picture books over and over, and would memorize them! I would get bored reading the same book, but loved how it felt like he was learning a lot while we read together.

My daughter likes more variety and is always picking different books for me to read to her. It's a lot more fun for me, but I'm never sure how much she is picking up. She is easily bored though, so I understand where she is coming from when she picks new books!
