I lay them all flat to freeze. But Ive used literally hundreds of them and only had that one off. Like someone else said, dont fill them all the way. I guess the frozen milk pierced the side. It wasn't because of a fault in the bag or seal. </p> <p>Now when I freeze I make sure to freeze flat.
